This high-energy 45-minute session combines alternating 4 min blocks of the heart-pumping benefits of cycling with 8 min blocks of  muscle-building power of strength training. You'll leave feeling invigorated, stronger, and ready to conquer your fitness goals."

MONDAY MADNESS 

A 45 minute strength and conditioning class utilizing various equipment including free weights, cardio machines and more.  Be ready for a killer workout that changes weekly. Prepare to lift weights, run fast, push hard, and achieve next-level results.

Get ready to unleash your inner powerhouse in our 'Kettlebell TRX Mash-Up' class. This heart-pounding session taps into the power of your own body as you utilize TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, and dumbbells to supercharge your workout. With high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in timed intervals, this class is a calorie-burning, full-body experience like no other.

Get ready for an intense 20 minutes on the spin bike followed by a 20 minute workout that will keep your heart rates high and body moving. Our spin class is unlike any other. You will get the best of both worlds in this combo class of cardio + strength.

GRAB YOUR BOXING GLOVES!

Our signature boxing/kickboxing class utilizes freestanding heavy bags that will be sure get your heart rates high. Bring your gloves and be ready to put all your energy into the bag with an experienced boxing instructor.

KILLER KARDIO:A 45-minute full body cardio class utilizing a combination of body weight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and/or cardio machines. Prepare for an engaging, high-intensity workout that matches each exercise to  the beat of music so you can move, sweat, and progress as a team.
